Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns

Lil Ballerina Jewels ships only within India and uses a reputable courier company i.e Blue dart.

Shipment Duration:

Shipment duration depends on location. The transit time generally could take up to 5 days to reach. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. You will receive a notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped and you can track your order using the tracking number mentioned in the email. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches you in time, we cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

We can at the moment only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.

After placing an order, a customer can amend  the shipping address only before the product is shipped out.

We cannot redirect orders once shipped so please make sure you put in the correct shipping address.

The orders will require a signature upon receipt.

For Custom orders or personalised orders the duration of shipment will be informed on case to case basis.

Shipping Charges:

A shipping and handling charge of Rs 100 will be levied on orders below Rs 5000. For orders above Rs. 5000 the shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actual.


We will ensure your shipment from the time you’ve made the purchase till the time it reaches you so if your order is lost or undelivered, we will refund the order amount and the shipping charges if any.


Due to the personalised nature of majority of our products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your request provided the  production process hasn’t commenced

In case of a refund due on a cancelled order, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to reflect in your  account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you a transaction ID, after which you can follow up with your bank for the credit.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to hygiene & safety concerns of our  baby/kids products and products that are personalised  Lil Ballerina Jewels has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across our  website.

In case there is a genuine need to exchange a non-personalised product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we shall review  it on case-to-case basis.

When an order is approved for an exchange,  the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 3 to 5 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered back to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to non-availability of that item we will provide you with a credit code that can be used for any purchase in the future.

Damaged Products:

In the event  a product reaches you in a damaged condition, please email us within 2 days of receiving the product along with clear images of the damaged product and we will look into it diligently.
